Eye Candy

I picked up all the various parts I had replated in either clear cad, yellow cad or black zinc.  I love when it all laid out, it looks like Dino jewelry.  Robs car is still being media blasted and expected to go to the paint shop next week where Steve Kouracos will work his magic. During that time I will rebuilding and refurbishing all the parts I took off that Dino.

Dino Interior

Work is starting on the interior including the doors.  The doors are one of the hardest jobs in my opinion and take a significant amount of time to put new rubber, window channel and new window scrapers in. The locks have to be adjusted just right for them to work properly and the windows need adjusted correctly to smoothly go up and down.  The vinyl that is glued down goes in first including the sills and rear window surround. The back glass can now go in.  The rear leather on the back wall is also glued in place.

Trim Screws

It is very important to use the appropriate trim screws and washers for the interior restoration. This is what $750 worth of the correct items looks like! They’re not cheap, but neither is a Dino.
